Installer Oasis is located in Indianapolis, In. We supply satellite, cable, home theater, security and audio video related products to our customers. We are constantly updating and expanding our inventory daily to meet your needs.

We were founded in 2006 and have a few different outlets to meet your needs.

We normally ship most orders within 24 hours of purchase. If your order does not process within 48 hours from the time your order was originally processed, we will notify you with a reason for the delay. This time frame is based on a 5 day business week cycle.

PLEASE NOTE:
When you purchase any of our shipment methods that we offer like "UPS Ground" and "2 Day Air", the transit times through UPS do not factor in our company order processing grace period stated above. We make shipping of orders a top priority so please be confident that we will process your order quickly. If you are in urgent need of one of our products, please don't hesitate to call. We can usually expedite any product upon request.


Continental United States

We currently ship to the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. We currently use UPS to ship to these areas. Please see the map below for transit times to your location:

International Shipping

We currently use UPS for our international shipment processing. Customers can follow through the normal checkout procedure to view your shipping options.

Installer Oasis is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. If you live in Indiana, you will be charged a 7% sales tax in accordance with Indiana state law.

We do our best to make sure our prices and descriptions are accurate. In the event that a pricing or description mistake is made, Installer Oasis reserves the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason. In this case a full refund will be given for the order.

We accept Google Checkout, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders. We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card for your own protection. It is the safest and fastest method of payment.

You may return merchandise to our Installer Oasis Store or by mail to our return center. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories.

You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below:

21 days from the Purchase Date
All items purchased from InstallerOasis.com have a return period of 21 days from the your order shipment date. After this date, no option for returning item(s) is available.

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

  • Items that are abused or worn in anyway so that they are no longer considered new.
If we receive an item in such condition WE WILL REFUSE IT. If  in an event we don't have the opportunity to refuse the package, we will contact you and arrange the item to be returned to you at our convenience and at YOUR expense.

If your item is opened, damaged, or defective when you receive it, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section).

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Activated Satellite Equipment
Because Installer Oasis is a satellite retailer, we can sell satellite receivers to our customer at dealer pricing. Because of the business relationship with Dish Network and Directv, once you activate a satellite receiver to your service providers account, returns of that equipment will no longer be accepted. If you have a defective unit, the product can be exchanged directly with the satelllite service provider (Dish Network or Directv).

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). This fee is at the discretion of InstallerOasis.com and will bedisclosed at the time that we receive the return and inspect the items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item from InstallerOasis.com, you will receive a replacement unless otherwise specified. You will not be credited for return postage if you pay to return your item.
The original must be sent back before a replacement can be issued  (please see"How to return your Item" below). 
 
Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (e.g., computer or wireless phone data, videotapes), from any returned products. Installer Oasis is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned to our location. If an item is defective or damaged in transit to your location, the restocking fee does not apply.

InstallerOasis.com reserves the right to deny any return.

Before reading this please read "Return Policy" to insure your item(s) qualify for a return

If you need to return your item because it is defective or damaged, we will either dispatch a UPS driver to your location to pick the damaged item up from you, or send you a return label to attach to your package so you can return it. Please contact us to find out the appropriate method to use in your situation.

If you want to return an item and it is within 21 days from the purchase date, please contact us for a RMA number and we will honor your request.

If we receive an item without a RMA number WE WILL REFUSE IT. If  in an event we don't have the opportunity to refuse the package, we will contact you and arrange the item to be returned to you at OUR convenience and at YOUR expense.
