1937 Old Town 9 ft Dinghy / Yacht Tender

Restoration just completed on 9/15/2024.

Restoration included removing old canvas, replacing damaged planking, rebuilding the keel, sanding and varnishing the inner hull (Total Boat Gleam 2 UV resistant varnish), applying boiled linseed oil to the outer hull, replacing the canvas (heavy number 6 treated canvas), painting with Kirby Marine enamel paint (4 coats) and, odd&ends….

You won’t find a nicer 1937 Old Town dinghy. It does have character as I only replace what is broken and not cosmetic on restoration. It is titled and registered in PA even though I never got around to placing the registration numbers on the hull.
