The inside was stripped and varnished three years ago. The fiberglass covering is serviceable and doesn't leak but could be torn off and replaced with the traditional canvas. This is a high volume canoe made to carry a ton of gear and two people. It is tippy if two people paddle it empty. Goes quite nicely with a trolling motor or a 3 hp motor but if you are solo with a motor you will want to weight the front end. Sail rig not included. The canoe is located in Ely, Minnesota but I could transport it to St. Paul.
